Is the GL Diet a Revolutionary New Diet Or Just Another Fad?

Every year Americans spend millions of dollars on dieting books, magazines, courses etc. all in the hope that they will find the perfect diet to help them lose a little weight. There are many different fads just seem to come and go very quickly, some of these work for a short period of time and some of them are outrageous and sometimes extremely dangerous. Every person is different and with this in mind not every diet works for everybody.
